I Chicos Mambo, nati nel 1994 a Barcellona da un’idea di Philippe Lafeuille, coreografo e metteur en scene, è un gruppo che attualmente riunisce sei ottimi artisti versatili e tecnicamente agguerriti con i quali Philippe reinterpreta il mondo della danza, guardandolo con ironia e poesia. Più sofisticato dei Trocks, il mondo dei Chicos Mambo è infatti legato anche all’immaginario, alla fantasia, alla grazia oltre che ovviamente all’universo-mondo della danza, dal balletto classico in giù.
