GIORDANA ANGI

Biography

Italian-French singer-songwriter Giordana Angi has earned two Gold records (Casa and the single Stringimi più forte) and a Platinum certification for Casa.
A songwriter for some of Italy’s most prominent artists — including Fiorella Mannoia, Tiziano Ferro, Alessandra Amoroso, and Nina Zilli — she was born in 1994 in Vannes, Brittany, and grew up between Italy and France.
She began studying classical guitar at the age of 12, later continuing with jazz singing and music harmony. During her classical high school years, she developed a passion for poetry and literature, beginning to write her first lyrics.
At 17, she started producing music independently in her bedroom and, thanks to a song uploaded online, participated in Sanremo Giovani in 2012 with Incognita Poesia.
In 2018, she wrote Senza appartenere for Nina Zilli and, in the same year, joined the talent show Amici, reaching the final stage and finishing second, while also winning the Critics’ Award.
In 2019, she released the single Stringimi più forte, taken from the album Voglio essere tua, which debuted at No. 1 on the FIMI charts. That same year, she collaborated on Tiziano Ferro’s triple-Platinum album Accetto miracoli.
Her subsequent albums include Mi muovo (2021) and Questa fragile bellezza (2022), which also inspired the theatrical production E ti parlo di te.
In 2023, she collaborated in Los Angeles with Martin Kierszenbaum (Cherrytree Records), made her French debut alongside Pascal Obispo, and performed a duet with Sting, adapting For Her Love into Italian (Il nostro amore), performing across Italy, the United States, and Europe.
In 2024, she released her first English-language album, She’s So Great, and signed with Warner Music Italy, releasing the single Piano piano.
In 2025, she released Strade and announced the Piano Piano Tour, set to begin in Italian theaters in March 2026.
