After three years away from Italian stages, Giordana Angi announces her return with the Piano Piano Tour, following her international experiences as opening act for Sting and Pascal Obispo. The tour reveals Giordana’s most authentic side and marks an important new chapter in the career of the Italian-French singer-songwriter, who seamlessly blends songwriting, pop, and poetic sensitivity into an increasingly personal and distinctive style.
The Piano Piano Tour will be both intimate and powerful — a journey highlighting Giordana’s many artistic facets: from singer-songwriter pop to rock, with more acoustic and introspective moments woven throughout. The setlist will include the songs that have defined her career — from Casa to Stringimi più forte, Siccome sei, and Dalla parte di chi — alongside new versions of her most celebrated duets and reinterpretations of songs she has written for other artists such as Tiziano Ferro, Loredana Bertè, and Fiorella Mannoia.
Accompanied by her band, Giordana will bring to life a performance designed to create an ongoing and genuine dialogue with the audience, where each song becomes part of a larger narrative, finding renewed meaning in the present.
The choice of theaters is deliberate: for Giordana, they are spaces where music breathes more closely, where emotions and expressions can be truly felt, and where every note becomes a shared encounter. "This tour means so much to me. First of all, because it’s a real tour — and it almost doesn’t feel real! And then because it will take place in theaters, and theater brings life to the stage just like songs do. Theater is truly a special place, with its own poetry and unique magic. It’s a place where you can have people so close that you can see their faces, their expressions, even hear the texture of their voices. Not bad at all, this theater! It will be beautiful for me to have people so close — people I already thank now, because they give me the chance to be there. As for the setlist? My brain is already fried (it’s never easy to choose), but I’m trying to do it carefully so that it becomes an evening that leaves something meaningful for those who come — something that can truly touch the heart. An emotional night, hopefully, but also dynamic — so no one falls asleep! I’m imagining a concert that engages the audience actively, differently from the usual show… but I won’t reveal everything just yet. Let’s take it ‘Piano Piano’ — slowly but not too slowly, as we say where I’m from — actually rather quickly, because time flies and what we do defines who we are. Alongside the tour, Giordana also returns with the new single Dammi un bacio (Warner Music Italy), available from October 31 on radio and all digital platforms. In this track, she chooses to portray love in its most genuine form — shaped by hesitation, the need for closeness, and the fear of revealing oneself completely. The song alternates delicate and more decisive moments, blending contemporary pop sounds with essential songwriting that places her intense and instantly recognizable voice at the center. There is no artifice: the words are simple yet weighty, the melodies intimate without overwhelming.
