AN ENGLISHMAN IN ITALY

An Englishman in Italy

After forty-five years of an extraordinary career spanning eras, trends and generations, Tony Hadley returns to Italy with An Englishman in Italy, a brand-new tour launching in spring 2026.

One of the most distinctive and respected voices on the international music scene, Hadley continues to captivate audiences with his unmistakable vocal style, charismatic stage presence and enduring ability to connect with listeners across generations.

The tour coincides with the release of his forthcoming album of original rock material—an energetic and contemporary project that marks a new chapter in his artistic journey, following the sophisticated swing atmospheres of his acclaimed album The Mood I’m In.

Throughout the tour, audiences will have the opportunity to hear songs from the new record performed live alongside the timeless hits that have defined Hadley’s career. The setlist will feature some of the songs that brought him worldwide success with Spandau Ballet, including Through the Barricades, True and Gold, as well as highlights from his solo catalogue and a selection of carefully chosen reinterpretations that have become a hallmark of his live performances.

Balancing energy, elegance and a genuine rapport with audiences, Hadley’s concerts continue to showcase the qualities that have made him one of Britain’s most beloved performers.

As always, Tony will be joined by his Fabulous TH Band, a group of outstanding musicians with whom he has built a deep artistic and personal connection over the years. Their remarkable chemistry and shared musical instinct have become a defining feature of his live shows.

“I can’t wait to return to Italy with this tour. I’ll be revisiting many stages of my career with the audience, with the added excitement of performing songs from the new album live. And doing it alongside my Fabulous TH Band, with whom I share an extraordinary understanding, makes it even more special. Italian audiences have always had a unique energy, and over the years I’ve built a genuine bond with them that continues to surprise me. Seeing them again at my concerts, song after song, is one of the reasons these performances mean so much to me.”
