Philip Glass Ensemble è l’ensemble musicale fondato dal famoso compositore Philip Glass nel 1968 per eseguire le proprie composizioni minimaliste sperimentali.

Da allora l’Ensemble continua ad esibirsi e registrare fino ad oggi, sotto la direzione musicale del tastierista Michael Riesman. Negli ultimi 30 anni, il gruppo si è esibito in quattro continenti in tutti i teatri e festival piu’ prestigiosi del mondo.
Il Philip Glass Ensemble è l’interprete esclusivo del repertorio di Glass.
